For Dogs over 100 pounds, feed an additional ½ cup for every 10 pounds over 100 pounds.
For pregnant or nursing adult dogs, we recommend free-choice feeding. Remember to keep plenty of fresh water available to your pet at all times.
Transition Instructions: Some pets may have sensitive stomachs and could potentially experience digestive upset from a sudden diet change. Because of this, we recommend making a gradual transition between foods. Begin with 25% of the recommended daily portion of the new food mixed with 75% of the recommended daily portion of the previous diet. Feed this blend for 2-3 days and then change the mix to 50% of each for 2-3 days. Then feed 75% of the recommended daily portion of the new food with 25% of the recommended daily portion of the previous diet for a final 2-3 days before fully switching.
